General Troubleshooting reminders:
  • Over heating- Fans/vents blocked?
  • Max reg size reached? (big problem with NT4).
  • REGSRVR a DLL?

  • These subkeys are for each service in the services.msc console. There is a Start Value - 4=Disabled, 3=Manual, 2=Auto. If you disable a service and need it to start but the gui wont respond, change the Start value as needed.
